Brenga is a procedure of cooking food inside the hollow of a bamboo by fire, this traditional food is a common practice by North-Eastern people.

We will need chicken to make chicken Brenga. Then you will need ginger, onion, garlic, green Chilli and baking soda. You can grind onion, garlic, ginger and green Chilli, this will make the chicken Brenga taste very delicious.

Make small pieces of Chicken in a simple way. Now, Grind some onion, garlic, ginger and green Chilli. Now we have all the ingredients that are required for this Recipe. Let's mix all these ingredients along with chicken pieces in a bowl. Add right amount of salt and baking soda.

We will require a banana leaf also. Now we will put these chicken on that leaf. Actually Brenga is a procedure of cooking of food inside the hollow of a bambo, but today we will prepare this dish in a tin can. Now fold the banana leaf and put it into a tin can. Boil this preparation for 30 to 35 minutes on fire.
