Ingredients:-
1. Buck phool( sesbania grandiflora)
2. Maida or Rice powder
3. Turmeric Powder
4. Salt
5. Refined or mustard oil
6. Red Chilli powder ( right amount)
First of all wash the white buck flowers (sesbania grandiflora) thoroughly. Now take maida or rice powder in a small pot. Then add salt, turmeric powder and right amount of red Chilli powder. Now, make a paste of Pakora by adding water.
Now leave a little oil in the pan.When the oil became hot, leave the paste-mixed buck flower (sesbania grandiflora) in the oil. Turn the pakora upside down when lightly fryed. When all the dumplings are roasted lightly, put them on a plate. Now you have to fry the dumplings again. Remember this time you have to fry them by crispy.
Let's add oil in the pan again. Now you have to make the Pakoras Crispy. When all the dumplings become crispy, then place it on a plate. When they serve hot, it will taste delicious and crispy. Friends, such delicious and Crispy Buck flower (sesbania grandiflora) dumplings can be made very easily.
