Rice powder 2 Cups

Sugar (right amount)

Palm juice of two palm fruits

Oil

Grated coconut 1/2 Cup

Method:-


How to make Crispy Pakoras of Palm. First take palm juice in a bowl and grated coconut in it one by one, mix it well with rice powder, sugar and water. The mixture should not be too thin. Leave them for a while.


Now make some balls with that mixture. Heat the oil in a pan in the oven until they became hot. When the oil is hot, fry the palm pakoras until they became light brown. Now your delicious crispy palm pakoras are ready. Serve hot or cold.
